Cocohop Release Notes - Week of Sept 21

It’s time for the weekly update! Here are last week’s developments (✨ new features and 🛠️ fixes) designed to save you even more time!
Travel Design
✨ Direct opening on Travel Design: The "Details" tab has been removed from the menu. Client, destination, duration, and status are now clickable badges in the header for direct access to key steps.
✨ Main location per day: Define a primary city or region anchor for each itinerary day without altering the project's overall destination. Perfect for multi-stop circuits.
✨ Smooth reorganization: Drag-and-drop for days and activities is now smoother. The calendar scrolls automatically when approaching screen edges and lets you target cards directly.
🛠️ "Edit my source" access: The source edit button is now visible to all agency team members (no longer restricted to the original creator).
Projects List
✨ Quick ownership transfer: Transfer project ownership directly from the "..." menu in the project list, without needing to open the file.
Projects
✨ New "Weekend" format: Select the Weekend format upon creation or import. Quotes generate as a short circuit with a streamlined layout (no table of contents or accommodation pages).
Full Quote
✨ "Compact Quote" button: Enable this option at the top of the quote to hide the table of contents and extra pages for a shorter proposal. (Remember to regenerate the PDF to apply the layout).

Quote — Deliverables Tab
✨ Cleaner PDF history: The page now shows only the 3 most recent PDFs per category (brochure, quote, contract) with a "Load more" button to avoid endless lists.
Companion Booklet
🛠️ Accurate resource contacts: Fixed the Contact field on resource pages, which occasionally displayed the phone number of the following step.
🛠️ Locked manual entries: Customizations (titles, descriptions, phone numbers) on daily pages are now preserved and no longer overwritten by Travel Design upon reopening.
Resources — Sources
🛠️ Photo saving: Your changes to the selection or order of Google photos remain properly saved upon page refresh.
Importing an Itinerary
🛠️ Transport precision: The import tool now explicitly asks to confirm the arrival airport or train station to prevent location errors (applies to future imports).
